M/s. Sri Suryodhayaa Processing Private Limited is a Textile processing industry set up in Soolai 3 Km North of erode in the year of 1994 and was in operation till date and it has been running as bleaching & dyeing unit and again another textile processing industry situated in Ellappalayam 6km to the North of Erode. Which one is setup in the year of 2000 Bleaching & Printing till date. The factory is having total land area of 50 acres and the factory built area is layered for 1,00,000 Sq.ft approximately

PRODUCT & PROCESS
The Industry is a fabric bleaching unit having a production capacity of 1,00,000 mtrs/day, through open width exhaust method & Rotary printing unit having a production capacity of 30,000 mtrs/day. The industry under its expansion the continuous bleaching range CBR Machine program has planned for an additional bleaching capacity of 1,00,000 mtrs/day in total the production capacity of unit will be 2,00,000 mtrs/day. We are all having the machine working width of 32” – 72” of the fabric. The separate dyeing unit having a production capacity of 10,000 mtrs/day.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
The raw material for the industry is Grey Fabric sourced from market. We are doing the job work only. We are the specialist for the bleaching of all kinds of DHOTI’S & SHIRTING’S (Cotton, Poly-Cotton, Viscose & Linen) and printing of export fabrics and domestic lungies. This will be subjected to the following process.
1. Grey Fabric Stitching: Fabric comes in pc length of 60 to 70 mtrs. All the pcs area joined by stitching so that the required qnty of fabric runs in the machine continuously.

2. Singeing and De-sizing : The fabric will pass through the machine to remove the protruding fiber on the surface of the fabric by passing through flame, when it comes in contact with the protruding fibers will burn to get a smooth surface and De-sizing is to remove the size added during warping by treating with enzymes and wetting agents. Chemicals used in this process enzyme and Wetting Agent.
3. Scouring and Bleaching : . The process will be done to remove the natural impurities and colour. To remove the nature of impurities the fabric will be treated with caustic soda and to remove the natural color the fabric will be treated with Hydrogen Peroxide. The chemical used in this is wetting, Caustic Soda, Soda ash, Scouring Agent, Sodium Hypo-Chloride and Hydrogen Peroxide.
4. Mercerizing: In the mercerize machine fabric caustizise and washing for improve the stability, color ability, luster on the fabric the fabric will be treated with high concentrate Caustic Soda.
5. Bleaching: Open width exhaust method to improve the white index of the fabric through jiggers.

6. Continuous Bleaching Range: This one is the modern technology by using this machine we will get the high quality of fabric processing to improve the white index of the fabric through CBR. It having the production capacity of 1,00,000 mtrs/day.
7. Dyeing: The process will be done to add color to the fabric to get the desired shade. The Colors used in this process are Reactive, VAT through Open width jigger and padding mangle. (Done by Separate Unit)

8. Printing: ROTARY PRINTING MACHINE-The process is to get design to the fabric as per party requirement using Reactive, Resist and Pigment Dyes. We are also having the modernized computerized designing development department with engraving, screen exposing. We having three rotary printing machine which each one is having the production capacity of 20000 mtrs/day.
9. Finishing: MACHINE USED HERE IS STENTER, ZERO-ZERO AND CALENDARING. The process is to get a smooth feel and good look and also maintaining the width of the fabric. In Zero-Zero Machine we will arrest shrinkage of the fabric to nil percentage. Calendaring as like as ironing process to get outlook of the fabric and shining also. We having five stender machine which is having the total production capacity of 2,00,000 mtrs/day.

10. Packing: The packing of finished goods is given special care to ensure that they reach the end user in perfect shape. In this process no chemicals are used. Only wrappers and packers will be used to cover the fabric.
After this it will be return to the supplier for further manufacturing of garments and sell to domestic market.

THERE ARE THREE SOURCES OF AIR POLLUTION
a. Steam Boiler of 3 tone Capacity in two numbers & 4 tone Capacity in two numbers
b. Thermic Fluid Boiler of 600 U, 1000 U, 1500 U & 2000 U Capacity in two numbers
c. Generator of 125 KVA Capacity, 380 KVA capacity & 500 KVA Capacity in two numbers

Common chimney is connected to the Steam Boiler and Thermic Fluid Boiler.
Generator silencer is provided as per norms.
NOISE
The noise level with in the boundary is less than 75 DB and hence the industry is not significant from noise pollution point of view.
COMMENTS AND CONCLUSIONS
The effluent treatment plant would be able to treat the effluent to the standards prescribed by the Pollution Control Board. The Industry has about 60 Acres of farm land, 20% of the treated effluent can be applied on the land for farming of mango/coconut tree and eucalyptuses etc., the water to the farm land will pumped through pipe line and water pumped every day. The balance 70% of treated effluent win be used for washing in scouring and bleaching of fabric and then balance quantity of 10% rejected solid waste materials should be evaporated by the mechanical evaporation system. From this we will meet the end point of 100% Zero dischargeable recycling system.
EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT
1. Effluent Treatment Process: In this process the mechanisms and processes used to treat waters that have been contaminated in some way by anthropogenic industrial or commercial activities prior to its release into the environment or its re-use. We having 1.75 KL capacity of ETP plant and now we expanding 6.0KL for bleaching & printing of fabric so we will meet the end point of 100% Zero dischargeable recycling system.

2. REVERSE OSMOSIS: The process of reverse osmosis removes dissolved salts as well as organics. The process can be explained as the raw water I flown through the membrane by applying pressure, in the process a small percentage of the feed water permeates the membrane, the balance portion of water moves alongside the membrane without being filtered and moves along side the membrane without being filtered and moves out of the system. The stream which permeates through the membrane is the permeate, the second stream of water is called the concentrate because it carries the concentrated salts and other contaminants which are not able to permeate through or rejected through the membrane . Since the two streams of liquid flow side by side to each other this process is also called cross flow filtration process. This process of water filtration ensures that the output water have 99.9% of pyroxene, viruses and bacteria rejection.
Mechanical Evaporator
3. Mechanical Evaporator : Mechanical Vapor Compression (MVC) is the evaporation method by which a compressor is used to compress and thus increase the pressure of the steam produced. Since the pressure increase of the steam also generates an increase in the steam temperature, the same steam can serve as the heating medium for the liquid being concentrated from which the vapor was generated to begin with. This makes this evaporation method very energy efficient. When this compression is performed by a mechanically driven compressor, the evaporation process is referred to as MVC (Mechanical Vapor Compression) or MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression).

The processing department ensures that only Azo-free dyestuffs for dyeing yarn & woven textiles and in this process out most care is taken to protect the environment & nature. To further ensure this, testing of all dyes, chemicals, dyed yarn and textiles are done at internationally accredited laboratories in India and abroad. To ensure perfect dyeing and processing standards, the dyeing process groups are equipped with the best plant & machineries viz. Peroxide bleaching lines, Package/Cabinet dyeing machines, Computerized color matching facilities, Washing & Drying ranges, Calendaring & Felt finishing, Shrining & Sanforising ranges to control dimensional stability. Lab dip system and in-house testing laboratory are some of the facilities installed to control and ensure the quality.
WINDMILL : A windmill is a structure or machine that converts wind into usable energy through the rotation of a wheel made up of adjustable blades. Traditionally, the energy generated by a windmill has been used to grind grain into flour. The Industry is having total electricity production capacity of 1925 KWs, 225KWs plant three and 250 KWs plant one at muppandal in tirunelveli district and 250KWs plant four at dharapuram district. We utilize this energy for our industrial purpose and we are not utilizing any energy from Electricity Board.
